Something I had come across two days ago browsing online. Initially, I had paused to contemplate its meaning because we had just covered a topic about cross culturalism and medicine and how significant, yet underestimated, its impact is in today's healthcare system. And it's true. How often are there miscommunications/misunderstandings/errors made just because we fail to understand (or want to understand) what the other wants/needs just because they have a slightly different mindset than us?
